your kicking leg is stale x] look at my attempts.. mine are cleaner now. oh nad make sure you go on your shoulder blades and NOTHING else touches except shoulder blades. thats how i increase my 1/4 backspin into 5 spins!

yea i do alot better when i am actually thinking about the move like , kick , swing , stay on upper back , re stab and blah blah blah but any tips on how to improve my continous ones? |

When you're going into the restab, you're sitting a little to go into it, which is probably the wrong technique. Your sitting motion is the main thing to me, which as Kolokoi notes, gets you off of the correct spots on your back.
