Wow! Just starting to break once again and trying to learn mills. This must be the most easy to understand guide EVA! Not that I have read that many...but thanks for creating it!

really very helpful video...the written guide is a bit long and intimidating to try and read through in one sitting, but it's really helpful.
but there's gotta be at least one gripe... you didn't link your windmill from your 6step...kinda defeats the purpose, you know. |

i'd need to see a video though, because a proper leg sweep can also get you onto your upper back without any chin tucking and what not |

No, your legs aren't bent that much at all.
What I meant was, when you do multiple windmills, your right leg should be closer to your body instead of just swung upward. and I had a bruised knee and didn't want to risk hurting it more, but I'll take off my knee pads next time if it makes you happy. |

Naw, dont do it for me lmao, your windmills are fast, and if your legs straightened out 100% they would be so much faster i think the knee pads are slowing you down
