How are my mills lookin'? -

Alright guys, take a look. I want some tips on how I can do'em cleaner. Also, are you supposed to be kinda dizzy after doing windmills? If not then I must be doing something wrong. Well watch and see how I am so far.

Hells yeah! I saw your windmill vid. You're progressing. That's how I was too. But some people just tell you like lift your leg and collapse. That's not how I start or startED. Pull your leg back for momentum and more power then just swing and follow up with the 'hind leg, i.e. If you're CCW bring left leg farther back then the right, and pull up with right and let the power leg (left for CCW) swing under. That should help you complete your rotation more effectively and easier. |

yeah thats how i start. i swing back and like i wind my self
and i get a fast clean but its hard for me to get tto my 2nd rotation. |

Well, post a video of your progress at windmills currently. I might be able to tell you what you are doing wrong or what ELSE you need to do. |

yea they are pretty clean, just a lil higher on your shoulders n your set....plus the dizzyness thats cuz you aint used to them but it happens
