When I was reading the beginning of your post I was like what in the f***ing hell?! How straight can my legs get without tearing up my testicles and groins??... Anyways, thanks. I know the video's kinda choppy, so I'll re-record tomorrow because my groin feels like it's gonna fall off my body.

Nahw, not my back, just my shoulders a bit when I turn to restab. Mainly my right shoulder though... Burns like hell haha. But in all seriousness, no it doesn't burn(:.

2 things.

i don't know if it's just an optical illusion or something, but it looks like your legs close a little during your mills like when you re-stab. Watch out for that, but as your mills get faster i think it'll naturally keep your legs the same width. Not a big deal.

Get higher. Try to windmill on your head and shoulders more. That way, if you stab mill with your head always on teh ground, you can get halos more easily. And also i think it'll help with windmill to headspin.

but they're looking good haha. Keep going until you get barrel mills =) and then from there every variation you want haha. Nice job bro.

Haha. A couple days ago (probably Monday) I was fucking around one night, and I did barrels. I'm not sure if you call'em barrels. You'll probably think they're just no-handers, but they look similar to barrels to me, and I've also got a few sloppy nutcrackers down. I'll post a video up later. My left shoulder hurts atm..

ur mills are ok..kinda like the ones i had before..i didnt imprve my mills untill some old school nyc breakers gave me some handful of magical tips and now its baam!!
