Hey um, this is just a little clip i made of myself "attempting" to chest pop.. haha.. criticize me as much as you want.. i just wanted to get your guy's opinion on watcha think

aka the heartbeat.

try learning the real chest hit, just give it a quick jerk of ur chest and jerk it back (thats the alternative) the real chest hit is you have to find a muscle on ur chest, and flex it. You know when you take a deep breath and your lungs fill up? you that muscle thats making you do that? FLEX IT! (dont hurt yourself tho)

Those would be the intercostal muscles Rice...lol. I wouldn't suggest flexing those.

...or the diaphragm.

For the time being, use anything u have to create the effect, jerk your shoulders back, flex your pecs...whatever u got man. Fine tune it in time, take it slow.
