Funk Defiance vs. Gracious...which was just some random crew assembled to put on a show. Haha. This wasn't so much a strict battle as it was a showcase, so we were all jus messin' around. I didn't even do that much botting, threw in maybe 10 seconds at the end...but that would be what my botting NORMALLY looks like, or at least moreso like it does...goes to show you how shitty my cam REALLY is. Hahaha...had a great time, jus between friends...and no, this isn't like, Pro-level popping. lol...I think the most time anyone's been popping in this battle is 5 or 6 years...but it's not too bad. Anyway, no more excuses: I'm probably the worst in this battle as it is, despite half of my gimmicks going unseen:

anywayz, nice showcase, i wouldnt mind battlin fo reals, but hey as far as i know many showed up for ur battle/showcase, not like seattle i doubt that many will show up

anywayz, in the competition im going to (may 21st) i will film that too

because honestly in battles like those (large crowd, event typa stuff) i would show my best outta me

It's a showcase man, no winners. lol. As for the size, it was actually a bboyin' event, and we were sort of a time filler, while the judges made a decision as to which teams advanced to the 2nd round...I'd imagine they took it however. I was too much of a weak link.

Yea, I'd say I've done better, mainly because I'm not big on boog, locking (Yes...embarrassing to say, I tried to throw some in), or any of the stuff I really did...though OFF-camera (like, on the sidelines) I did a lot better than in the center, or so I hear...jus turned out like that for some reason. There's a few points that you catch a glimpse of me just hitting the beat with fairly decent hits using the whole body, or another time I'm just moving my arms along with FJ, but it looked decent...my gimmicks though, damnit...heart of the bit...the 2nd round jus looks like a joke, because a lot of my gimmicks are done in front of my body...like at 4:35 I threw a coin into my hat behind my back, then took it out, did a bit of slight of hand, and made it appear back in the hat...but it just looks like I'm standing there doing nothing. lol.

I think another reason mine blew was cuz I overused the glides...haha...but yea, people say I should've done a lot more isolation-related stuff...like actually USED botting in one of the rounds. Enh. Can't complain though, like I said: We were all jus foolin', havin' a good time.

Really Jmac? people around my area are always like...man, i used to do that stuff like 20 years ago! haha..but back to the subject..all dancing is good as long as you love what you're doin' and you're havin' fun..m0wicz like you said it's not pro level so you can't expect any awesome comments, but hey, as people that aren't pro..such as us, we can't say that it wasn't good...and oh yeah.. i was meanin' to ask...they other crew...the locker got most of his stuff from that lockin' battle on style2ouf.com huh? i noticed most of his stuff was from there..s'all good though, he's tight.
