When doing any snake styles you have to move like a snake. The pausing then continue motion. Guitarnbassboi he broke down how the Cobra should be done. I think his post is right on point. I had a clib on my pc of Taco doing the cobra. I will look for it and post it online. Taco also did the Cobra in the breaking Movie.

King Cobra is the guy who innovated this style. He used to look at the Cobra moving and then he started trying to move like them.
Yes, Cobra is apart of the Snaking styles. King Cobra was it original name back then. I like to thank Taco for hooking me up with a interview with King Cobra. I'm going to bring a lot of my old interview back online. I also have many new interviews I never posted regarding Popping/Funk styles.

I didn't see the Shrimp video clip. Yes, this is the Cobra, it's an animated Cobra. The hop is cool, if you look at a cobra they do have a hop like movement when they are moving. You can do the Cobra in a more fluid way (this is the way taco does it the most), you can animated it, Strobe it, tick it, it's all Cobra with different body effects. Everybody have a little different version of it, but the basic are the same.

hmm... hop? i dont remember seeing any hops in cobras... but i do know that you can turn and move around in the cobra.

i guess all of us are still gonna work on it. haha...
the thing is... whats the proper arm movements? haha.

Yea Turbo is doing the cobra if you compare Turbo to Kei is almost the same just not as animated.

Is anybody else having problems watching PsyK's videos? I can't seem to play them, and I've tried on two Windows boxes. I haven't had problems with any of the other videos on the forums (or this thread), just some of PsyK's. The only video of his that has worked for me so far is the "urban funk spectacular final" video (200 Kbps, 19.546 fps, 320*240 (4:3), Windows Media Video V7). They all seem to use the same encoding, just different bit and frame rates.

(Might this have to do with the corrupted images/videos I've been seeing elsewhere on the boards? I sometimes see images that are just weird blocks of color.)
