Anyways... i rotate my elbow..... and combine it with bending the elbow... and i think people took what i said out of context... he should practice his basic arm wave straight armed to get the hardest part of the technique down... then of course he should apply that to when he has his elbows bent. Right now, from those vids it looks like dude isn't supporting the weight of his arms and is just being lazy in how he waves. No joke, you can break a sweat if u practice arm waves back and forth . But to do that you have to DO IT RIGHT. |

I say just take all of this advice and use it all.. I do believe you have to bend the elbow a bit to give it the wave feature.. You don't have to bend it so much it looks like a tut.. lol.. or you could develop something out of that.. The smoother it is from the more practice you do the better..
