otay rec? you have to keep in mind bro that everyone on this site are not from the same places. otay rec may just be a local rec center in ur area so not everyone knows what u are talking about

srry dude im not an otay resident but im prety sure ull find it. THere are a grip load of bboys in vista. Some of my friends came from Otay Ranch.
