i dont know if you know already but there are sessions at the Dwinel bldg Tues and Thurs starting at 8:00pm. My boy Lancer practices there also on Sunday nights. I usually go there when I'm visiting the bay area. but ya its dope, whole bunch of crews from the bay area come down and session.
