yo im going to college there this september i was wondering if there was a breaking/popping scene up there or some atleast a small dance scene

It don't exist, there's two other bboys at cal poly, but one of them might be finishing school soon, there's another kid whos gonna be here after september, so hit me up and we'll session. Peace.
