Monday: 8:30pm - 11:30pm Wednesday: 8:30pm - 11:30pm Thursday: 8:30pm - 11:30pm Address: 50 Grand Ave, Palisades Park, NJ, 07650 Venue: Champions Tae Kwon Do Academy Cost: $2/person to session (this is just to cover the rent), $0 to spectate The floors that we use are covered by soft padding (being that its in a Tae Kwon Do dojang) and we cover the floors with linoleum. Great training spot for power and flips.
