can some one tell me the difrence betewn uprock and toprock?

uprocking is a separate dance from breaking, but breaking incorporates a lot of uprock in its 'top rock' because they feel a lot a like.

I'd say look into uprocking and youd get a feel of what its about, and how it's its own thing. often its done in groups, or you battle someone, like fighting head to head. usually goin down and comin up on the same beats.

top rock is a way of adding some dancing to breaking... not saying the breaking is not dancing but top rocking does add a significant of dancing to breaking..

up-rocking is strictly dancing non stop dancing i'm talking 10 to 20 minutes of dancing and never leaving your shoes.....
