I hear you buz... I think we got a misunderstanding....By cap i meant lets stop dropping all these names of songs that i had to work so hard to pry out of the OGs heads!!!haha Naw i am just jealous of kids whom come on here and get some of the illest music just by clicking a button!

Which brings me to an additional point. Although newcomers may get these songs and practice to them. It won´t really matter. Pjay and i talked about this last time i was in the BK. What i say it won´t matter is because until you see an OG dance a song, or several OGs dance a song you won´t really have a good idea of how to dance it. Truck Turner for instance, i just got that song and I like it but i don´t know when to throw the yerks and burns. Crystal World is another example i dance to the song alot but i never seen an OG dance it.

This is why i believe if you really want to become a Rocker it is neccessary to go to brooklyn because thats when you get a chance to see OGs dance to the songs that weren´t on Uprockers Revenge DVD. Which generally had only about 10-13 songs played through it repeatly. I told PJAY i didn´t know how to dance certain songs and he laughed at me and told me he knew i didn´t cause i never seen the older heads dance them. I can only imagine if you guys saw hundereds of guys dance to these songs listed how many different variations and what not you would see, but in gerenal alot of the songs have parts where everyone jerks. But like a song like Crystal world, i just don´t know i think is is more of a freestyle song and if you do jerk to it i don´t know when or how. Which is why i need to go back to brooklyn and see yall OGs do your thing. Another great example of a song i seen king uprock set the standard for, Got to get a Knutt!!!!! I had no idea of what to do with that song until i saw him dance it!!! It blew my mind. Added a whole new dimiension of rock for me. I have seen you, little dave and Pjay do the same thing just with different songs, it was like i heard the song in a whole new way after i seen you guys dance them.

Ahh Buz... NOW I FINALLY KNOW what your jealous about... I can't help that I'm so handsome!

Yeah you're right Danny... I do remember telling you that. However, I was talking to Wary the other day about this topic. Let's take cats like Wary, Danny, Rob, Smooth and all the cats who took their time and money to come to BK from all parts of the world to seriously learn all about Rock - I give them mad respect. Then we have these cats who just want it the easy way, by the click of a button, like Danny said. All in all, the majority of these cats won't get the dance, as well as, it's music without making a trip and building with the OG's... so it's understandable. I guess I grew-up differently, learning to work hard for things.

For the record this is not a dis to those who really plan on coming out but haven't had the time nor the funds.

Yeah Danny, I also thought you wanted to drop this subject - carajo.

Peace

yo people ALWAYS sleep on Monkey Tamarind.

Everyone plays Funky Nassau and Come Down but I've only heard Monkey Tamarind two or three times at jams. I always try and give it a spin at most jams I play.

Monkey Tamarind is not an OG Uprock jam but it is a dope jam to Rock to! Numbers from Dynasty made that one of his own.
