Basic handstand tutorial: Get on hands, kick legs over head, if your falling forward then push you fingers, if you're falling back to the same postion you started push with you're palms.....for indepth shit go:

click forums>move guides>(scroll down) 'Hanstand moves' and check the stickies.
When you say exercises i assume you mean conditioning your body?(forums?move guides>(scroll down)>'How to get in shape' and check the stickies

you start here:
http://www.bboy.org/forums/beginner-help/

and this is what ya'll beginners should read, at least once:
RingerINC's uber guide for n00bs on ice -- now with videos -- now with extra pizzaz

it's long i know but ur road to bboying is longer so pay a lil time on it

this is uprock section btw, the handstand spinning is 1990s and 2000s in handstand sections, but u cant do that right away, practice the beginner moves first
peace,

i know you're a beginner and all and i'm not trying to be mean but you posted this in the wrong section. just lettin you know cuz lots a peeps don't like it if you post in the wrong section. and you'll get better answers if you post in the right section. unfortunately i can't help you with this move (it sounds like either a 1990 or 2000) but good luck learning it... and if you're a beginner i'd recomend starting off with something easier such as basic toprock, 6 step, baby freeze, etc. work on your power moves later. thats my advice. good luck!
