In the late 1960's and in the early 1970's B-4 1975 dancing Rock was just like drinking water normal as it can be infact it was the only dance out there where Burning against an opponent took place. There was no other dance like it regardless what and who is saying what they are saying and what they did during the time of this era!!
If you were not Burning you were not Rocking and if you were not Rocking in a Yerks style you were not doing the real Brooklyn Rock from Brooklyn! Unless you came over the Bridge and learned the dance but no mattter where you took it and what style you gave it but if you did not Yerk you missed the whole show...It's not called Brooklyn Rocking if you did not have the whole ingredients !! Today there are many styles of dancing and some call it Rock they belive that it came from a Latin flavor but it still call Rock they belive it came from the gangs of the streets of new york but it's still call Rocking it's being done in the Bronx , Queens , Manhattan Long Island , around the US and around the Globe But it's still call rocking and it came from Brooklyn New York !!! Rocking was a dance created in Brooklyn New York and today love by many around the country and around the Globe ...

True rockers from Brooklyn dance from there Heart and for the Love of the dance it was a getaway from the Hustle dance while the Dee Jay transformed the music for atleast and hour and a half from Hustle to Rocking The music would bring out the Beast within us transforming us into Warriors of the Night with Imaginary weapons and Imaginary act of warriors where neighborhoods which we called blocks would become Territory of battle ground our attitude would change against our next block neighbors and on came our battle faces !! WHO WAS THE BEST !! With different styles of moves and colors the foundation of this dance call Rock was always the Yerk move,,You see Today you can tell a warrior of the Nights of the Batttle grounds of Brooklyn Rockers of the late 60's early 70's by the style that they bring to the floor !! It's like the old sane,,
