can somebody make an uprock guide that is better than the 1 that is sticked because I DONT GET IT !!! im really sorry but I dont really get it

I know it sounds stupid but i dont think u need to get every word that he says, cause i started learning toprock about 5 days ago n i got atleast the basics from watching closely to his body language notice whenever he does a new move he shoes how to combine it with the last one with like a hand move or he changes the weight of his feet while his still talking.... gives u an idea of what he'll do next plus he does it fast the first time cause some peeps get the move that fast without overthinking it then he breaks it down to the rest of us mortals...Maybe it didn't help that much but it's how i "got" the video except for one move that just drives me insane....

he does some moves slow so peeps can get it only thing bad is that he's showing u with his own style so it's hard to developed your's if u don't watch every other video on toprock from there
