Ok fair enough, but all i see in those vids are people dancing, and I tried a few attempts to copy them but i failed. I mean in london, we dont really have events or meeting or anything where u can go to learn and meet other dancers. All of the stuff i know about TopRock, ^step, flares etc I learned from the internet and by practice but uprock is an exception because there are few materials for help. I watched that video where everyone was complaining it was too dark, it helped a lot but I could not see what was going on exactly and they were doing it too fast for me to make out what was what.

So if someone was to make a video, showing step by step the basics of uprock, i would be happy. I dont care about the complicated moves, Just the basics are good to start wioth and from then on i can learn from the videos.

We say that cause it's true. If you decided to take up bboying jus cause you thought mills and flares were cool, your not gonna be bboying very long. The only way to continually motivate yourself is to master what you CAN do and then move on to more difficult techniques. Anything can be mastered through practice... true... BUT certain techniques take a lot longer than others... to jump from steps to flares is like goin from kiddy pool to scuba diving in the ocean... you're not likely to enjoy hurting yourself... the only way to overcome it is to know that you have other things you can resort to... why waste time diggin for the jackpot when you can accumulate in small amounts? At least you HAVE somethin to work with, even as a noob.
