First, uprock is a stand-alone dance, so if you wanna learn to breakdance, you shouldn't be in this section. Check te moves forum and first read the beginners guide!

well hoan man... send in a clip and let us see what ur doin wrong.. and after awile just keep them clips comin and see urself improve..... uprock(toprock) are pretty easy.... basically u stand and then u do a little dance... just to get u pumped up...
