Hey i heard that uprock is basically feeling the music and moving to it, but as long as you're standing up on the first count, and you're down near the ground on the fourth count. Counting as in 1, 2, 3, 4. Is that right? Any help would be great

Right on. You're exactly right. But there's also a lot more to uprocking than just "moving to the music", there's attack, shufflez, etc, etc.

Sup Chileno Boy. No, there is no count in Uprock... never has been. It's all about feeling and knowing the music, Freestyling and executing styish Jerks and Burns.
