I didn't learn the term from b.yu. I actually live in Manhattan, and I learned the term from old school bboys here. I'm not overreacting, you just seem to assume everybody who disagrees with you is an eboy or you're more OG than them. Anyways, that's the last thing I have to say.

i aint no og thats why i opened up this thread to clear things up with the "?" and have a forum..thats why i waited for more confirmation from OG's haha..and i did and shared it .even if you care or not..

im just annoyed with those tryin to say something like they wanna close the thread already without waiting for more answers from the others like their opinions and answers are the realest or something..thats why threading is done to have more answers or confirmations specially for some terms or things that others dont know...and those who took it seriously like i should stop askin or we should stop seekin more deeper answers from those who knows more than us...

you know that bboyin is not just not just done by itself. it evolved from different dance styles and arts like martial arts and 1st generations they named some of the moves that they adapted differently...but still give regognition to those..for example : kungfu,capoeira,african dances etc..and RockDance..

it's uprock. naytron came over to teach it in january and called it uprock. the jerk is part of the uprock step. it's not the same as the real uprock but it's called uprock because that's where it came from. like everything used to be called rocking. "rocking that gear", toprock, downrock, uprock.
