Yeah, I feel ya. I understand a lot when it comes to rocking man. weather ur not, people show me or not. I mean u can see it in my dancing. I jus felt like I got played in the battles. not by the kid (El Jefe) I think he is good. not hating on him at all. I jus feel that I did rock well. thats all. And if i didnt speak up people would jus down play me. which is unfair.

As far as rocking theres a lot that I know but it would take forever to go through it all. which Im sure the Old G still are finding out. including me. so i cant put it all up. but i will put a few things I feel people over look.

1. Blocks! I think, if u block a burn. that burn never happened and it shows u are aware of the others man attempts.
2. Spins! when u spin or spinning. burns cant hit u. for there is no clear shots/hits
3. Legs and body parts! They cant be left open cuz someone can cut them off. haha
4. Jerks! Use them to either a. the drums, depending how they hit. either 3 hits or 4 or whatever comes with it. and b. to counter ur opponents in their rock.
5. of course the basic rocks 3-5 counts and even the pyramid rocks. Ness put me on that shit. haha I guess Floor Phantom made them up?

I feel mad herbish tryin to put all this out there but f' it.

yo rican i dont know anyone who has been playin u or dissin u. i have only heard good things about, not jus u, but everyone that enterd the uprock comp. i was there and saw the whole thing everyone was dope, but if your reffering to your losing the battle as getting played, it wasnt that u wernt dancing good its that jefe was landing big burns that got the crowds attention. u can c how people react to his burns, props tho u went out there and held it down but now if u wanna prove your point your jus gonna get out in the apache lines and let the dance do the talking, show them why u got played instead of argueing with rock bandit about it. thats jus my take on this converstaion. peace

Im not mad at all that I lost. Not at all. I'm jus upset at the fact that when the clips came out. no one wanted to give props. Maybe Im asking for to much from yall. but yeah, I feel like cuz Im not in ur camp. Im not "Rockin" or know the "Rockin fundation." I feel like my style is shunned out. Cuz Im not "kool" with yall. I dont think. cuz no person didnt spend time with an OG my style isnt worthy. does that make sense?? and a wise man once told me the best way to hate on someone is to act like they dont exist. which I feel everyone did. hints why I speaked up. Im not tryin to fight anyone in what they believe or do. cuz i dont wish that upon myself at all. I jus want the world to give respects. for ex. the whole crapping in the bag and lightin it on fire. was straight classic and very funny. how it did not make the highlights is hate. then on the highlights theres jus me gettin burned nothing showing my skill. that I think I have. but because Im not with any "camp" or learned for a "New York OG" I dont count? I mean I made it to the semi's and Im very proud of that. I need nothing else. Maybe this did go to far. but like I said. If I dont speak up. Ill be over looked. Which no one wants to be.

Yeah rican that dude that made the highlight clip isn't even down with any of us or our "camp" so don't be mad at us for what that kid made. Maybe he was friends with Jefe or maybe he wasn't feeling you. I dunno you should ask him.

As far as not respecting you for not learning from an OG, well that don't mean a thing, cause alot of these dudes from poland and brazil never learned from an OG but some learned from guys like wary or take the time to email Buz and King Uprock and ask questions about the dance to further their understanding or they watch all the clips and dvds possible to better understand the dance and history. I respect those guys even though they never learned from an OG.

I'm glad you are straight-up honest, word. For the record I feel you but it's totally not true, especially in my book. I don't play favorites and just call it how I see it bro. Now am I biased and do favor the Brooklyn style of Rocking? YES 100%... but that does not mean you have to learn from an OG to get nice with Rock. I do think you're taking it a bit too far but do understand where you're coming from, so again I respect your honesty. Hopefully we can see each other in the future and build.

Hey rican I have to thanks for just being part of the battle. You have old school and new school cats that just talk but can't walk the walk. It takes heart to enter a battle. Some times if you can pick up moves by watching and learn some of the technique. But its good to learn from og that are spreading the art. I have brothers from my camp who are teaching the intro of rocking. It will make it easier for me to explain to those who ask question. You have some who can teach and then some who can't. My goals was to share the history and techniques. But like always you have haters. You and every one should KEEP away from the politics. You will learn so much to take rocking to another level. Brothers from Tiawan who I gave a rock class. Enjoy some new steps. Poe one who took the class did great. I like his style. But those who talk negativity is only losting time. In Tiawan these brothers and sisters will be the next rockers in the circle. Plus you have poland, spain and france who be entering battles to test their skills. Mad love to all who now becoming rockers. I feel my dreams are finally coming true. But thanks to Cold Chris , Wary, tiny love, P Jay, Break Easy, Crazy Smooth, Moysex and bgirl Ther, Amigo, Lil Dave, Numbers, Dannyboy 2, Foots, Dan and Karen, Forever We Rock, Seamstar and ALL the promoters who game me a chance to teach a rock workshop. The rock scene will grow and I hope to be alive to see this. tomorrow is not promise for us to wake up so you should pray every day you wake up.
