yeah i translated it for you
"Ok then we come now to the next powermove, 90 and 2000. The 90 and the 2000 are very similar, in the 90 you spin in a handstand on one hand and on the 2000 you spin also in a handstand but your other hand is on the other. In my opinion the 90 and the 2000 is one of the most difficult powermoves, so you should start with an easier one if you are a beginner. Ok lets start, all powermoves have the same entry and this is the Basic toprock here... so and now open, this is the basic stance, form this stance you must try to get into a handstand. At first I put my left arm here and push my right leg up, we want to get the circular momentun. So you right leg have to swing up your whole body and you left leg have to push so you push your body up. Ok i show it again, your left arm here than push up with your right leg and now you are in the handstand. That is very important you have to train this a lot. I will show it again left arm and right leg go to the same time, now pushes you with your left leg up and now your put your right hand here and now you are in the handstand . So that is the first step. If you can to this good you can try to put your right hand down and bring your whole weight on your right arm. And as i explaned bevor with this circular momentum you can try to spin. This part ist difficult to explain you have to feel it and than you will spin. So I will show it you now once again very slowly, ok this is the 90. And as is said it bevor this move takes a long time to learn. Now to 2000. It is all the same as the 90 only if it begins to rotate you put your ohter hand on the other so it will look like this or like this. Now i will show you the 2000. Thatīs it" |

Thanks for the vid. The first one felt a bit awkward at first, but yea once I realized not to emphasize the kick too much, it adds a lot more variety to my top rock.
(Yea first post. Awesome forum) |

Looks like a lot of kickstep variations. Nonetheless, broken down and easy for people to learn and use I guess?

if u spend too much time thinking about something, you'll never get it done. But if you act without thinking, you'll get hurt~!
