Theres to many bboys to name. But this question is kind of weird, because its like your asking who has good toprock, but why can't you have your own opinion? Be inspired by whoever naturally inspires you man.
But also theres a lot of beginners sharing their videos on youtube, might be bad models. Watch anyone you like from a site like bboyworld.com

Sonic is really well known for his toprocks, alot of people like moy and lil jon's of havikoro's tops and lilou's style too. Watching some house dancing might give you some creative ideas to build on too. Respect - GRIZ
