Do something with your arms. Keep loose you look a lil stiff. Don break in your room it looked like the TV was about to fall. Let it come morenaturally literally flow with the music and don try too hard. Just Flow. But not like in the PS2 game lol
It takes an athlete to breakdance, but an artist to be a bboy.

If you want to get something fast, you have to slow it down and get it to the point that's in instinct. Pratice to some music with a slower beat using your arms, until it's 2nd nature. Then try something with a slightly faster beat and get that down til you never mess it up before you go to something really fast. Practicing in front of a mirror so you can watch yourself will really help you coordinate your arms and legs and synch them up together too. Then you will be able to do it real fast with alot of style without ever missing any movements. Good luck man, hope this helps - BBoy GRIZ

This is the story of my life man, too often I get wrapped up it all these crazy power moves only at the expense of my basics and footwork. I'm always try'n to keep the flow tight. Latley I've been filming myself, even when I'm just screwing around. Then I watch it over and over and pick out little bits that either look awsome...or need work.
keep tha flow.
as always,

Well the most important and obvious tip would be to not stare at your feet. Keep your head up sucka! I know it helps to see what your doing, so try watching yourself in a mirror.
Other then that its not bad, I don't really think its that fast? You got a natural rhythm, just need to work on your actual steps. One thing thats kind of strange about it is you don't really do steps, you kind of go on one foot and swing around the other without it touching the floor, maybe that can be your style but I think it looks strange right now.
