This is weird.So today my toprock style changed all of a sudden. I mean out of no where i started doing my tops different. And im also hittin the beats at different times. Now for some reason i cant seem to toprock like how i used to a day before. Has this ever happened to anyone else? Also when im hittin the beats i used to step out during the snare. Now i step in during the snare. Does it really matter?

As long as you can also toprock on the way you did before, you're okay (because now you have 2 'styles'). Try to get back at that one, and at the same time keep this one. Then u'll be able to hit any beat n u'll be freshhhhhh

Yea man, that happened to me jus yesterday too. weird. neways i fink myn was coz im gettin betta coz i only started bout month ago but alredy i got gud tops; well in my opinion (big headed eh). did it feel gud (or right) wen u changed styles? if so den u got nufin t woory bout

Ya i think i like this style better because it seems faster than my old one. But what im mostly concerned about is the way im hitting the beats. I usually step out during the snare but now its the opposite. I step in durin the snare.
Is this not a problem or is it someting i should fix?

jsut go with what you feel, if u ike ur new tops bette just stick with em, (just make sure u relearn the other way too.)

Whenever I get really into the beat I don't always toprock the same. I usually start out w/ a back step, that changes into a variation of it as i get into it and then occasionally I'll do the charleston (can't remember the exact name sry)

If i could remember the amount of times that my toprocking style has changed, i'd be stuck to remember anything else. It will happen alot and frequently as you watch others and toprock in different frames of mind.

you have to see a doctor. if you are diagnosed with toprocklossiosis, then you might die, or even get sick. forever.

then youll have to take viagra everyday b/c there's an ingredient in there that helps you regain your memory; kinda like the memories from the good old days, that stimulate your umm... memory...
