Brooklyn Top Rock! -

Brooklyn top rock:
1. Put right leg back and move right arm back like you're going to punch someone.
2. Follow thourgh a slow to fast punch depending how fast u can do the top rock and move yur right leg down so that your right leg is on 90 degree angle almost.
3. Move right leg back in and swing both arms like and "X" infront of you so they are crossing.
4. While swinging your arms swing yur left leg back like you're going to kick a soccer ball.
5. Now move yur arms back again so that they are parallel and swing yur left leg forawrd liek a kick like you would in a top rock.
6. Now swing your arms back in again to for an "X" so they are crossed. and bend down with both legs so you are ina squat position.
7.Pop back up and do it again.
Any questions? just ask i tried to make it as clear as i could but it's not that easy with so many movements. I dont have a Cam yet either.
