What up electron. Thanks for the dope clips and explanations. I'm new to bboyin and you've been a lot of help as I'm learnin my toprock and trying new variations. I've got this weird issue tho, whenever I'm done practicing and before I do any yoga, my right leg hurts like a badboy. My left one is always fine tho. lol, any ideas of what I'm doin? Seems like you're holding it down tho, hope to see you around more.
one of two things
either you're landing hardest on your right leg... consisntently, or else you've got a slight misallignment and so your leg is taking weight incorrectly
it could also be both
you might want to go see a chiropractor just to make sure everything is in place, and investin some good insoles for your shoes
argh, i can't get quicktime to work on my cpu, its screwed up, i've tried reinstalling it and everything, is there any way you could post the clips so they're viewable by windows media or DivX?

man it looks good but i can't get it like that cuz i'm not sure how many beats it is.
first it was like slow but then when u speed up i can't tell wuts going on so tell me if i'm right
starting with left, as in stepping over with left
1. step over/twist waist
2.land on right with left foot behind u bent
3. hop again but this time with left foot in front
4. step on front foot
1. cross over with right
...
is it like that or is the third and fourth step all in one beat?

for anyone having a little trouble getting this down, I found that for almost all top rock it's sometimes harder to do the stuff slower. You feel the flow of the move a lot better trying it full speed. somtimes the slow tuturials make it harder over all because you spend too much time trying to figure out a movement slowly, and your missing the point of the flow. So if your not getting it, try ignoring the slow part at the beginning and watching only the fast part. If you have rhythym, your body will kinda see what your trying to do and help ya out
