figure 4 toprock?!?! -

At the 3rd step in toprock do both ur feet have to be on the ground????? My toprock looks really odd, since i have trouble keeping both feet on the ground, they keep on coming up and making a 4 out of my legs.
be like a jelly fish, rhythm is nothing, go with the flow
