Capoeira Regional ginga -

this a drawing i did in MSPaint in like 5 seconds, escuse the sloppiness
 the "ginga" step, which i am sure many of you are already quite familiar with, is a great step to use for toprocking; it's kind of an inverted basic top rock step. this is the orthodox Capoeira Regional ginga, a very common 'textbook' style; i figured noobs and heads unfamiliar with o-jogo might appreciate it. |
