here are two vids sorry for me stopping and thinking during the videos
2nd one loads kinda slow
I've seen this again and again. What you're doing wrong is that your step, in my oh so humble opinion, shouldn't actually be like a step and turning back. You should stay on your toes and kinda bounce. You're going too fast. When you first start, don't worry about being the best bboy ever. Just take it really, really slow until you get it. You want I should put up a vid of my shitty toprock and show you a little somthin'-somethin?
xD
I live by the words of my now-deceased grandfather: "Get the fuck out of my kitchen before I stuff that Nutella up your ass."
For beginning of bboying, you are doing pretty good. Now the only thing I would say is that you can put some music to dance to, without music, it looks like you are trying too hard. Let the music guide your move, try to interpret the music as you feel like it and that will let your moves flow smoothly.
As for variations, there's not really a specific set of them. It's your own movements so move however you feel is right. Like pushing out your feet instead of cross one over another and stuff like that, stay in time with the music is all that's really necessary.
