ok so i do them the same way as polar k did in this vid
my problem is when i turn to catch myself with my arms my left forearm always drags and hits the ground my right arm catches everytime the drag is the only flaw x( |

If your arms dragging it means you need to get higher up during the swipe. So kick your leg higher and harder to give your arms enough room to pass underneath.

Thanks. It's the rotation of your upper body that makes you spin. You throw your arms to make your upper body go around and your legs follow.

Do you spin first, then jump? I see that you lean up a little bit, then spin, and follow with the jump. |
