The only prerequisite would be the Baby freeze and then the head bridge will help a lot.

10 seconds is more than enough. You're ready to do the move now. The hardest part will be getting the timing of the kick and rotation. Just remember to arch your back and you'll have it in no time.

When I do these, my left leg touches the ground after I push off with my right. I think it's because I am not getting enough height. How do I fix this problem?

Kick your leg higher/harder and remember to arch your back. That should give you enough height.

I get the rotation and end up in a baby freeze, but I can't get my legs to stay in the air.

At what part does your leg hit the ground? Is there any way you can post a vid?

you gotta work on getting up on your head and then getting a solid rotation while on your head. And you want it to be one smooth motion.
