Lol those are no master swipes... Master swipes are when your feet are on the ground, and your hands aren't, and when your hands are your feet aren't

Master swipe is when both hands leave the ground at the same time and both legs lift simultaneously as well.

he's ok... not great. and D.n.A. is right. those are regular swipes... not master swipes. i do them better than he does in the video. lol. if you really want it, just get it from youtube. look up how to master swipe and it'll be on there somewhere.

i looked up master swipes on youtube and they all look like regular swipes...i'm interested to see what master swipes really look like.

And do u really have to start in the bridge position. I start like the dude does in the vid...

And can anyone do air swipes? Those are so cool.

lol. those are One-leg Swipes. i thought that Master Swipes were when both hands come off the ground at the same time and so do both legs. if it is what i think it is, then i've almost got Masters. You just have to get enough momentum to do them good and keeo your hips up.

bboye mass and D.n.A are both correct...
its when basically everything is off the ground, i cant do them if my life depended on it just for the fact im so used to other swipes and it just feels awkward
