ok so i know how to basically do a swipee

but i cant get it to floww and do more than 2 fast enough

is it just practice orr do i need more strength?

What kind of swipe? 1 leg or 2 leg?
Say more stuff. Unless ur doing it wrong, u probably just need more practice.
