y0 since my last topic i pretty much got more height thx to sum tips i got..
But here comes my next problem ..

Everytime when i go into my next swipe my torso moves towards my knees before my jump and that doesnt feel comfortble but i also think thats the reason why i dont smoothly put my legs in a V-Shape.. But i think the reason why my torso moves forward towards my kness is because of the way i swing my hands or sumthin... any tips on how to avoid this and stay in a table position?
