im working on swipes and i need to know if i should 1l or 2l first

to me, the basics of the 2 legged swipe is easier, but doing 1 legged swipes is easier later on lol

well ive been now working on 1l swipes but i just cant do them they end up looking like deformed spiders, when i do them i always have my leg touching me. help plz?

im incapable of doing 2 legged bu ti got 1 legged on my first try lol

I learned both fairly quickly. But what you have to do with one legged swipes is with your bent leg you have to whip it around the straight leg and then land on it, while still keeping your other leg straight in the air.

This is more of a question of preference, so just try both and see which feels better. It's not like you're gonna hurt yourself trying them.

I got the same exact problem so I tried 2 legged and same thing. THe thing I did to fix my 2 legged is, start from a standing postition, and basically, do a bad cartwheel type thing to just get started. Then once you get started, its really easy to keep going ( But Tireing ). I tried the same with one legged swipes but I couldnt keep the leg thats up above the ground because there was to much force landing on one leg after the cartwheel thing.

well, I still dont have it down perfectly but that works and it dosent really look that bad either. The problem I have now, is that I cant spin fast enough. When I watch a vid of myself, I sort of take a .5 second delay in between them that really shows and makes it not look smooth.

when i was trying to get 1 legged first... worst thing EVER!!
after a while i was trying 2 legged.. it was like 1000 times easier!!!
so i would take 2 legged if i where you.. but thats just me..you have to find out by yourself..

same thing here thunderhetz,
when i do 1 legged I think I'm not doing it right, my foot keeps touching my ass. but I find it easier with 2 legged, since I land and push with 2 legs
