this is prolly sumthin that u've already considered, but don't jst try to jump into teh move. evn tho i hate his "vids" liek the plague, Mike Garcia actually makes a good point in breakin down teh 1L into liek 5000 steps.
1) practice teh rotation first jst seated with both legs out, jst so u get teh basic "rollover" motion
2) pull in one leg, (teh opposite taht yur turning obviously) and repeat step one, obviously with teh new leg setup
3) lift yur butt of teh ground usin yur arms and bent leg for support, and relax teh leg thats still sticking out a lil, so its jst slightly bent
4) usin a minimal hop off yur bent leg, rotate the arm opposite teh straight leg towards that leg. (
left leg sticking out, rotate right arm left over yur body,
right leg sticking out, rotate left arm right over yur body )
5) once u get these basic motions down, add more speed, incorporate it into a combo, and u shud hav no prob gettin multiple 1L's in a row
