kk i started 1 leg swipes like, 2 days ago? and i can do it to the left, like my left legs elevated off the ground and my right leg is bent inwards, but after i finish my rotation my right leg is always extended mostly out, i cant get it tucked in where i started, any tips?
ur upper body must rotate and one leg will be on the ground to keep ur balance on.
so u`ll start with the left leg .. u mean CW right ?
now train ur right leg on jumping only on the right leg..as if u want to swipe keep it on
alot of people get similar problems like this. it usually means you're turning too slow or you're not jumping high enough.
try practicing it first by letting your arms go over you and get the spring ready, jump in the air and try and get that spring to go over fast. Remember to keep your bent leg bent.
if you arn't jumping high enough, just practice it a bit more.
