I was wondering if you could give me some advice on how you got your hop and momentum down. Any particular stretches, or targeted muscle training. All I'm practicing now is sitting on my but and rotating to the push of position and back on my butt. I'm having a hard time getting the pop and the follow through with momentum. Any advice?
