i dont think theyre swipes, but whatever... start crouching low to the ground. lean back, and kick as hard as you can upwards with either of your legs. as you lean back and kick, use your arms so you dont fall on your back. bring your leg back down hard, bounce off your hands, and your back in starting position.

no, rubberbands are like repeated kipups. applejacks are where you only kick one leg up and land on your arms.

Here in Brazil there are people who call 2 applejax to a v-kick a FIFTY.

Sp, FIFTY is:
Right leg Applejack
back to start
Left leg Applejack
back to start
V-kick
back to start

This is a classical routine, isn't it?

I'm a rookie, but Ill get used to it.

Mah movez:

Toprock
Uprock
Footwork
6step
Baby Freeze
Shoulder Freeze
Double forearm freeze
Rollback shoulder freeze
Rollback Double forearm freeze
Working on One forearm freeze
Backspin
Knee Glide
Low suicide (from footworkz)
Neckmove (1 turn at millz)
Basic poppin
