whenever i do my swipes , well i mean its easy and all to do the rotate in the air but my hands seem to never both come off the ground at the same time like how ive been seeing them done lately. so if any of you have advice id appreciate it thx
well ummm i dont have a cam yet but i will in a while but ya know when after you rotate both your legs in the air your supposed to land on both feet with your hands already ready(meanin your in the kip up postition kinda like the matrix) to flip over and start another swipe
well when you land on your feet your hands should be off the ground ready to throw over and start another swipe but after my feet land on the ground i have trouble pushing off and twisting my upper body to start another one
oh sorry i forgot to mention when i do them( not double but one legged swipes) the leg that i jump off with for some reason i dont land on it do you think that i am over turning in the air or sumthin well thanks for the help anyway

so i start with my right foot on the ground and my left is raised a little ready to flip and rotate me when i in the air
after i throw my hands down my legs go in the air and rotate around each other- at that point my hands are both still on the ground
next i come down and land on my left foot with my right foot raised

but my leg can land it without me falling or anything
i mean the muscle strength and balance is easy
when you're on your hands waiting for your rotation of the legs, push up, kick off a bit so that you can bring ur hips higher. put weight here and let your legs rotate.
