From what I heard described as a master swipe, I think that is what is but I am not sure.
If you haven't seen the movie (its pretty good) but think you know go for it...

I learned my swipes from Cuba Gooding Jr. One-leggeds too, not from the vids. The vids tell you to start like "your body is a table, facing the ceiling." I'll just say it helped me get more momentum if I started standing. So, if you aren't getting this table jive, then try standing it helped me k.
