[The Alchemist]

Alright, i have no idea if i am doing my swipes right or not. My friends think it is crazy but it seems wrong. I start but having my right leg and arm on the ground, my left arm in the air, but my left leg is moving really fast to my right. At this point i kick with my right foot and move my left arm to the ground, and then both legs and my right arm are in the air. Next i put my right arm with my left arm on the floor, i am spinning inthe air and then i am back to the begining. Is this right or not.
