hmm, maybe it's just me, but somebody told me to practice kartwheels before doing swipe.
that was like a week ago, and just around 3 days afterwards i got bored and did a swipe,

. Just do a kartwheel motion but don't go all the way up so your body should look like this [ \ ]

instead of [ | ]

and then kick out with one your ur legs then let your body roll through and catch yourself.
remember you need wrist strenght and some biceps & triceps to support urself. dawg
