i dont get enuff air to kick so how can i do that?

and
am i doing this right?
right leg on tha ground, right hand on tha ground left hand up left foot up,kick with left with right foot ?

ur sposed to have ur right leg and hand on the ground..
left hand up ..kick with left foot to get ur legs in the air (kick very hard..but not so hard u lose ur balance)..then u kick with ur right leg..the rotation of ur body should finiish the rotation. hope that helps...im not an expert on swipes..but i can do them..
