Any one know how to do them? well there so much better than 1 footed there goin a bit old skool but who cares there 10x better and a just look so cool and there so easy to get in to mills from
yer man when u do one footed swipes u have to kick as high as u can so that you get your legs are high then whack your arm over and now you legs are real high and you two hands are down on the ground allmost in a flare position and then hit your arm over again let your feet drom and land on the oposite leg you kick off does that help you
just remeber when you do 2 footed swipe you almost do an invert and when you hit over make sure only one hand is on the ground at one time
im gonna put some pics of myself doin 2 foot swipes... im practicing 1 foot swipes.. as scope said u have to kick really high ur legz if u wanna do them..
yeah man.. last night i was taking some photos of myself.. and 1 swipes sequence... i think that i will upload the pics in a few weeks... meanwhile im gonna practice and when im ready i will take other 1s..
the "Easier to get into mills" and "so much better" is all perception, actually one foot is perfect to drop to mills and theres a reason most people dont do two legged swiped.
all it is, is instead of landing on one foot u need to get around more, land on both then push off. its more common to see them like master swipes then lower level swipes because its easier that way
