i dont think so. i think its a swipe with your head on the ground ... something more used in footwork than for power. or whatever swipes are.

halos would be like head-airtracks. head swipes you land on your feet dont you? where as halos your feet never touch the ground..

How to do headswipse;
1) Like already said start in a bridge but on your head and feet rather than hands. 2)Use your hands to gain momentum, to get that swipe motion. 3) You should be on the top of your head like in a headspin, but your back will be bent, put your hands in a boxing-block position, or how you would have them when you jog or run. 4)Swing them round to which ever side you feel comfortable swiping to. 5)Let your upper body twist before you let your legs untwist just like any other swipe. 6)Try to aim and plant your hands infront of you, do not go onto your elbows like that of a turtle. 7)Jump fairly high, or try to at least, this part may cause some people to have to abort and land in a stomach freeze or something. You're aim is to stay up on your head with a little help from your hands. 7)If you make it everything will naturally untwist and you'll be back at step one. BTW Halo's are windmills, but done on the head, in a halo shape around your skull.. Very hard to do, much harder than some 3 day headswipes. |

they are not called headswipes -

They are called twisterflexes, i'm bein asking about em forever
I had to figure it out off a video clip by myself crazylegs invented em, and it was in the rocksteady crew's vid clip UPROCK. download it off musicvideo.com if you wanna see em done good. to start learning, get in an arch, feet on the ground and head on the ground facing the sky. once you've got it you can jump into that position but for now just take your time. put your right hand on the ground with your fingers facing to the left, and now you should be able to rest your back on you elbow, indov like a baby freeze except except feet and head on ground+ elbow in back not side, now put your left hand on the other side of your head, so it's above your head(if you were vertical) and your right hand is below. your head should be facing to the right, as your right hand is in your back make sur your hips are horizontal, but you are twisted just above em, so you shoulders are vertical. now twist your head in so you see you feet, and lift your left hand off the ground. put your left hand next to your right and swipe your feet while lifting your right hand and headspining(turning you hole body around) until your right hand is in you back again and your feet are in the ground. it helps to be able to do swipes, headspins, windmills, and babies before trying this . also remember to have your hips horizontal when your torso is vertical, and to stretch you back and arms- or you'll do damage. no you don't need a hellmet- that makes it harder, but a beanie helps. good luck learning em- happy hunting |
