if your trying one legged swipes, you need to know that your balance and stability are all in your arms. you just have to work on keep your back strait, its te same motions as a regular swipe just with one leg raised
upstairs: 6, 2 and 3 steps, swipes, one legged and 2 legged, windmill, coffee grinder, one elbow pose(working on spinnin), also working on Halos, and Flares.
upstairs: liquid, pop, lock, flex, and working on Tutting
