when i do swipes i spin my arms SLOWLY and then i spin my legs high and fast in the air... is tht good or bad when i spin my arms slow kuz im like afraid of breakin my wrist kuz if i do it too fast my wrists hurt

I also have the same problem.. maybe its the floor or lets try wearing something that will help our wrist.
